Breakout

Move Right   ---> D or move your mouse or finger across the screen.
Move Left    ---> A or move your mouse or finger across the screen.
Launch Ball  ---> Press the left mouse button or space bar or tap with your finger if you are using a touch device
Pause Menu    ---> Esc
